Luisetti Seeds Launches New High Yielding Blue Pea Cultivar

Following our extensive field pea trial conducted by Plant and Food Research, Luisetti Seeds will launch a new blue pea
cultivar, Cooper.

Cooper is a medium-large blue pea, a semi leafless type, resistant to powdery mildew. Cooper had the highest mean yield of all blue peas in the trial and was the second highest yielder over all.

Limited Cooper seed will be available for Luisetti Seeds growers this year. Next year, look out for the introduction of our new white pea, Lumina, which topped the field pea trial with a good margin.
