Brendan Morahan joined Luisetti Seeds last month, bringing with him 25 years of experience working in the rural sector, with particular expertise in agri-chemicals. He started his career working for Greenfields in Waimate and over the years has gradually moved north, holding roles with CRT/ Farmlands and more recently a foliar fertiliser company where he was responsible for business development.
Brendan is particularly looking forward to working as a part of the Agricultural Chemical team at Luisetti Seeds and says he feels fortunate to be able to build on a solid platform created by Richard Luisetti.
“One of the aspects of the role I’m really looking forward to is working with a team and being able to share information and knowledge.”
Having worked with agri-chemicals for many years, Brendan says he understands the industry and has strong relationships with supply companies, which will stand him in good stead when acting in the interests of Luisetti Seed’s clients.
Based in the north of Christchurch, Brendan says it is an easy commute to Rangiora every day.
He is married to Jane and they have an adult daughter. The couple enjoy travel, watching sport and cultural activities.
